Realization and prototype of an asymmetric headdress in jeans - photomontage with plants "Petita"
Blandine Catineau and Julie Blondin meet at the Carven studio in Paris in 2015, where they collaborate on leather goods and accessories collections. Driven by a creative sensitivity, they reunite in Milan for a visit a few years later. It is not until 2024 that they come together again, having matured through creative journeys that have grown richer over time. Both now intertwine their expertise around a telluric imaginary, woven together, to develop a living artistic project, crafted by four hands, combining work with metal, earth, plants, and leather through various techniques such as molding, casting, sculpture, cutting, and assembly.
